Drinking Buddies is a dietary supplement, not a drug or miracle cure. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements about Drinking Buddies have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
Our shots are formulated to support liver function, promote restful sleep, and help your body recover after responsible alcohol consumption. They will not prevent or reduce intoxication. Never drink and drive or operate heavy machinery.

Referral program

How to request a refund
Email support@getyourbuddies.com with your name and order number. That's it. This guarantee applies to orders placed directly on getyourbuddies.com. If you purchased from a retailer, please contact them directly for their return policy.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, email us within 30 days and we'll ship a replacement at no cost. We may ask for a photo to help us flag the issue with our fulfillment team.

Getting it to you
All orders placed on getyourbuddies.com are processed within 1–2 business days of receiving your order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
We ship to all 50 US states. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and depend on your selected shipping method and location. These are estimates only — carrier delays are outside our control.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, email us at support@getyourbuddies.com.
We are not responsible for delays from carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses, or force majeure events. If a package is returned due to an undeliverable address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment — additional shipping charges may apply.
Subscribe & save, without the hassle
Drinking Buddies subscriptions automatically renew on a recurring basis at the frequency you select at checkout. By subscribing, you authorize Buddy System LLC to charge your payment method on file at the then-current subscription price on each renewal date.
Billing
Your payment method will be charged on or around the same day each billing cycle, based on the date of your original subscription order. You'll receive an email reminder before each renewal. Subscription pricing is locked at your signup rate for as long as your subscription remains active. If pricing changes, we'll give you advance notice before it affects your account.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime — no penalty, no hassle, no hard feelings. To avoid being charged for an upcoming renewal, cancel or skip at least 24 hours before your next renewal date. Log into your account at getyourbuddies.com or email support@getyourbuddies.com. Cancellations after a renewal processes are not eligible for a refund of that cycle.
Skipping a shipment
Need to pause? Contact us at least 24 hours before your renewal date and we'll take care of it.
Failed payments
If your payment fails, we'll retry the charge and notify you by email. After 3 failed attempts, your subscription will be paused until your payment is updated.
Managing your information

We collect information you provide when placing an order (name, email, shipping address, payment info) and device/browsing data through cookies and analytics tools (including Meta Pixel). The Drinking Buddies mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Buddy System LLC ("Drinking Buddies," "we," or "us"). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these Mobile Terms. We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice.
Program description
By opting in to Drinking Buddies SMS, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Buddy System LLC, including order updates, account alerts, and promotional messages (such as special offers, new products, and cart reminders), sent to the mobile number you provided — even if your number is on any state or federal Do Not Call list.
Consent is not required
You do not need to sign up for SMS messaging to make any purchase. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency & rates
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
How to opt out
You may opt out of the Service at any time. Text STOP to our short code to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation message. No further messages will be sent to your device unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Drinking Buddies mobile programs, you may need to opt out of those separately.

Carrier liability
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide a valid mobile number. If you get a new number, you'll need to re-enroll with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Buddy System LLC is not liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, errors in such information, or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the Service.
